Scope

This policy covers purchases from ROEA website.

GCC free shipping rule

Free shipping in GCC applies when the cart total is BHD 29 or more after discounts, and packed weight stays at 0.5 kg or less.

Change of mind returns, GCC only

Window: 7 days from delivery.

Condition: item unused, perfect condition, all packaging and inserts included.

Return shipping: paid by the customer.

Refund amount: product price minus outbound shipping cost.

Non GCC change of mind returns

Not accepted.

Damaged on arrival

Report within 48 hours of delivery.

Send order number and clear photos of the box and product.

We assess and offer replacement or refund where defect or transit damage is confirmed.

Warranty claims, 12 months

Send order number, photos, and a short description.

If defect is confirmed:

GCC: we cover return shipping.

Outside GCC: you pay shipping to us. We refund return shipping up to BHD 10 with receipt.

Refused delivery or unreachable customer

GCC: store credit only. Store credit value equals the product price minus outbound shipping cost and minus any return shipping cost.

Store credit validity: 12 months.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank and payment provider.
