Store and orders

ROEA sells through this website. Orders are confirmed after successful payment and an order confirmation email.

We reject or cancel orders tied to suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock and pricing errors. A refund follows where payment was taken.

Pricing and currency

Checkout charges in BHD. Local currency displays are estimates and depend on exchange rates.

Bahrain pricing includes VAT in the displayed price where required, and checkout shows tax details.

Shipping

We ship from Bahrain.

GCC: free shipping applies when the cart total is BHD 29 or more after discounts, and packed weight stays at 0.5 kg or less.

Non GCC: shipping is charged at checkout. Duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, address issues, and missed delivery attempts cause delays.

Delivery issues

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or the customer is unreachable, shipping and return shipping costs apply. These costs are deducted from any store credit or refund under this policy.

Risk and title

Risk passes at delivery to the address in the order. Title transfers after full payment.

Product use and care

Follow care instructions. Misuse, impact, heat, and rough handling damage frames and lenses.

Warranty

ROEA offers a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Scratches, accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear are excluded.

Intellectual property

All site content, product names, images, videos, and designs belong to ROEA. Use requires written approval.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing here removes rights under applicable consumer law.
